Where It All Started
Apex Estate Agents has firmly become established in the Cynon Valley since 2006. In May 2011, the company expanded into Pontypridd, with the acquisition of the long established and very well-respected firm, Lanyon Davies & Evans. In 2015 & 2016 we expanded further in the townships of Merthyr Tydfil and Bargoed. With the continued support of our client, we were in a position to open our newest branch in Tonypandy in late 2019 thus making us one of the largest independent estate agents in the South Wales Valleys.
