In August of 2007, Apex Estate Agents was established at 3 Market Street Aberdare and since this time the company has enjoyed great success in the local sales market, despite very challenging conditions.

Soon after start up, Apex Estates was joined by its sister companies Apex Surveyors, Apex Lettings and Apex HIP Providers to complete the APEX family. The group has firmly become established in the Cynon Valley and unlike our competitors is able to offer a comprehensive service in all property related matters. Apex are able to offer fully independent financial advice and have close links with local conveyancing companies.

Company director, Martin Challenger, was previously engaged as office manager by another local Estate Agency, Where he gained considerable experience in dealing with all aspects of property sales, marketing and customer care. Martin has a strong commitment to the use of internet marketing as an aid to running a modern Estate Agency, to help advertise the company and its properties over a much wider area.

Apex Surveyors Ltd    established December 2007

 

Apex Surveyors was formed by a name change from Durbin Property Services, a company originally established in 1991. Under the directorship of Anthony Owen Bsc MRICS, a Chartered surveyor with over 20yrs experience in the South Wales property market, the company undertakes a full range of Residential and Commercial Survey and Valuation work and is highly respected within the local community

Apex Lettings Ltd    established January 2007

Company Director Martin Johnson Ba Hons has lived in Aberdare for over 20 years and for over 11 years he has been involved in letting residential property in the Cynon Valley area. In a constantly changing market, the company continues to develop and adapt , without loosing its personal touch.

Apex HIP Providers   established July 2008

Owner Martin Challenger formed the company in response to the  Government introduction of Home Information Packs. The primary aim of the company is to provide this necessary aid to selling property in a convenient, fast cost effective way to our clients. Since our introduction into this new market we have fast become one of South Wales leading HIP Providers.
